For the month of October, I have been thinking very hard on how I could possible give more to my readers and help you guys out. So far, I have offered you Free Link Juice, but today I have a interesting experiment that I am going to be testing out. I hope everyone enjoys this as I am pretty excited myself.

In recent posts, I have have stated Why I Do Not Use Adsense On IronBlogger. The thing that still bugs me is that many A-lister blogs are still using AdSense on their blogs to this very day, even in the blogging tips and MMO niche. This really annoys me because I’m sure if they were not making any money off of AdSense they would surely get rid of it. So why do they still keep it on their blogs? There most be money somewhere…

Just to give you an idea of what I mean, check out some of these bigger blogs that are still using AdSense:

• CopyBlogger - (Note: Currently CopyBlogger is not running AdSense but he was not too long ago, if my memory serves me correct.)
• Inspired Money Maker - Paul has used AdSense for quite some time now.
• Gary Conn - Gary uses AdSense on a tonne of his blogs, including his own.
• There are many more, but I hope by now you get the point…

As you can see, these bloggers use AdSense even when their blogs are making them a decent amount of cash. This means that AdSense must have been making them a chunk of income because there’s no way they would have put it up if they could easily be making a steady amount of cash from private advertising.

What does this mean for IronBlogger?

This means that from today and until the end of October, I will be placing AdSense on this blog for the very first time. I’m very determined to see if I crack the code to making AdSense work on this blog. I know it won’t be easy, and I have explained very clearly in the past as to why I haven’t done so before. I’m pretty interested myself to see how this will go.

I will be providing weekly reports and very detailed information that is 100% true. If I don’t make any money from AdSense, I’m not going to lie to you and say that I did. Hopefully I can make as much money as possible and you should too because the more I make, the more you could possibly earn…

What I mean by the above statement is that, whatever cash I make from AdSense from now on until the end of October I will be donating to the top commentator of the month. That’s right, one lucky reader here will get all my earnings. This may be $0 all the way $1000.. who knows :). The point is that I’m sure you will earn something, and all you have to do is comment and sign up to my RSS feed. It’s as simple as that!

This little experiment is all for research purposes, so the money is not of interest here. Plus, I like to add ways that I can further benefit my readers and say thanks to them for visiting this blog day after day. I love all of you very much.

Also, before I end this post, I would like to give everyone a heads up on another treat that I will be giving you for the month of October.

IronBlogger’s First Contest!

That’s right! The beginning of October will mark the date of my first contest. I have to simply tell everyone here that this thing is going to be huge! I already got many sponsors and the estimated prize total is $1000+ so far. I still have two weeks to gather sponsors and prizes so that will only continue to increase. I may also add in that I have only spent about 3 days gather sponsors so far…The prizes are going to be huge!

I got so much content and offers for everyone here that you will not believe it. I am going to spoil you guys rotten and your going to love it.
